Returns Policy

Online returns can also be made by filling out our online returns form here. One of our customer service representatives will then email you a Return Material Authorization number for a hassle-free return (return shipping charges may apply).

Shipping charges are not refundable.

Please report items that are damaged, defective, or missing within 24 hours of delivery by emailing pictures and documentation to info@lumbercart.ca.

All products must be unused/unopened in order to receive a refund.

All merchandise is subject to the manufacturer's warranty.

Custom Products

No returns. Any product that has been cut, nailed/ screwed or mixed cannot be returned. Any custom products like doors, trusses, windows, window treatments cannot be returned.

If the inferior product is deemed inferior, Lumbercart reserves the right to use our discretion to decide the following, to repair it, replace it, or, based on your method of payment, refund your money.

We may require valid picture ID (Driver's License or other acceptable photo I.D.) for any return. All returns are subject to an approval.

Products must be unused in order to receive a refund. Items still covered by the manufacturer's warranty will be repaired at no cost to the customer however, some shipping cost may apply. Repairs not covered under warranty are the responsibility of the customer.

All returns require a valid invoice or receipts, we will refund:

A credit to your debit card if your purchase was made with a debit card.

An online credit if your purchase was made with a cheque.

A credit to your credit card if your purchase was made with a credit card.

In-store credit if your purchase was made with an in-store credit or gift card.

In-store credit may be issued for the item's current selling or purchase price. Commodities will be refunded at the discretion of Lumbercart.

All other remedies are hereby excluded. All warranties and conditions, express or implied, including the implied warranties and conditions of salability and fitness for a particular purpose are expressly excluded. The exclusions herein are subject to and may be limited by applicable laws in Manitoba.

The refund amount returns to your original form of payment in about five to seven business days.

Notwithstanding this Return Policy, we reserve the right to limit or refuse the return of merchandise for any reason. This Return Policy may be modified at any time without prior notice.
